As an Outlet Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience. You will set the strategy and ensure high-level execution with a commitment to quality, creating an environment where vision is paramount and teams are empowered to succeed.

• Live the company's vision, values, and beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment.
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and outlet vision.
• Support profit protection in risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
• Analyze and communicate business opportunities for extraordinary results.
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others.
• Commitment to quality with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology such as iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally for extended periods.
