As an Outlet Store Leader at RH Rockville, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of extraordinary customer experiences. You will set the strategy and maintain a high level of execution, fostering an environment where vision and empowerment are key.

• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic environment.
• Address human resources concerns in collaboration with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and outlet vision.
• Manage profit protection, risk management, and inventory controls.
• Analyze business opportunities to achieve extraordinary results.
• Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire yourself and others.
• Commitment to Quality with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally and for extended periods.
