Lead and oversee all aspects of the outlet store to deliver elevated customer experiences and operational excellence. Set strategy, drive execution, and develop high performing cross functional teams while maintaining brand standards and focus on quality and profit protection.
Responsibilities
- Lead coach and inspire teams to build a positive performance driven culture
- Manage team member lifecycle including hiring development performance management and transitions
- Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and outlet vision
- Champion profit protection through risk management security cash controls and inventory management
- Identify analyze and communicate business opportunities to drive results
- Support implement and follow up on initiatives and operational rollouts
- Represent the brand with professionalism and strong personal presentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire teams
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to travel periodically including extended trips as needed
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
