• Oversee profit protection, including risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to travel periodically, work a dynamic schedule, and lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
