Summary

The Outlet Store Leader provides strategic and operational leadership for an outlet store, building and empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role drives business results, operational excellence, and a people-first culture while representing the brand with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to foster a positive, dynamic, performance-driven culture.
• Partner with field leadership and the People Team on team member hiring, development, performance, and career transitions.
• Ensure visual presentation meets brand standards and supports quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Oversee risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits.
• Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives, providing follow-up and feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to travel periodically, work a dynamic schedule, lift and move items up to 50 pounds, and meet physical demands including prolonged standing and movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
