Summary

The Outlet Store Manager is responsible for leading the Christiana outlet location to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. This role directs store teams, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and maintains merchandising and inventory standards. The manager hires, trains, coaches, and develops associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store KPI and financial objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor store associates and supervisors.
• Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and store expenses to meet budget targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in department store or outlet environment.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong merchandising, inventory management, and sales execution abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
