Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment.
• Prepare and recover merchandise by tagging, ticketing, folding, straightening, and sizing items.
• Handle stock, organize the stockroom, and follow procedures to protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
