The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and profitability by assisting customers and contributing to efficient store operations. The role combines customer engagement with merchandising and stockroom responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean and easy to shop, and recover merchandise by folding, straightening, and sizing items.
• Prepare merchandise for the floor by tagging and ticketing items, and support stock processing and organization.
• Follow operational procedures and protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
