Outlet Team Associate - Beverly Connection

Join the outlet team as a full time associate at our Beverly Connection location supporting daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced retail environment. The role focuses on merchandising, sales assistance, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation while working collaboratively with the store team. This position reports to store management and contributes to meeting sales goals and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product information, and drive sales.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock merchandise.
• Receive and unpack shipments and organize stock room.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
• Support promotional events and in store marketing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
• Follow store loss prevention and security procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
