Outlet Team Associate

Summary

The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and profitability through customer engagement and merchandising tasks. The role provides friendly, helpful service while helping maintain an efficient, appealing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for the floor by tagging and ticketing items, and recover merchandise by folding, straightening, and sizing.
• Support pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and protection of company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
