Outlet Team Associate - Christiana

Summary

Provide excellent customer service and support sales on the outlet sales floor at the Christiana location. Assist customers with product selection, process transactions, maintain merchandise presentation, and help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized. Work as part of a team to meet store performance and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, drive sales through personalized service and product knowledge.
• Operate POS to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain floor standards including merchandising, restocking, and fitting room oversight.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
