Part time outlet team associate responsible for supporting daily store operations at the Jersey Gardens location. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and assisting with sales floor duties to meet store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Operate point of sale to process transactions
• Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays
• Receive and unpack shipments and restock inventory
• Perform price checks and tagging as needed
• Support fitting room and returns processing
• Assist with store opening and closing tasks
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Basic cash handling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow store procedures
