The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store profitability by assisting customers and maintaining merchandise. The role combines customer engagement with tasks that keep store operations efficient and the sales floor easy to shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, easy-to-shop store environment.
• Prepare, tag, and ticket merchandise; recover the sales floor by folding, straightening, and sizing merchandise.
• Follow operational procedures and help protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
