Summary

The Outlet Team Associate drives sales and supports efficient store operations by providing friendly, helpful customer service. The role also helps keep merchandise and the selling floor organized, tagged, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment through floor recovery.
• Support pricing, tagging, ticketing, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.
• Follow operational procedures and help protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
