Outlet Team Associate - Princeton

Summary

Part time outlet team associate responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales floor operations, and maintaining store presentation at the Princeton outlet location. Role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock merchandise on the sales floor.Support inventory functions including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock.Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and execute promotions.Assist with fitting room management and loss prevention practices.Contribute to opening and closing procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends and holidays.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic math skills and ability to operate a point of sale system.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.Legally authorized to work in the United States.
