Summary

Part time retail role supporting outlet store operations, customer service, and sales in the Westbury neighborhood. The associate will assist customers on the sales floor, maintain presentation standards, and support inventory activities during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Receive and stock inventory and organize sales floor
• Answer customer questions about product features and availability
• Support fitting room operations and returns processing
• Participate in store opening and closing tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift merchandise
