Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Operate point of sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Restock merchandise and organize inventory on the sales floor
• Support fitting room operations and manage returns and exchanges
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and deliver customer service

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and cash handling ability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
