Outlet Team Leader - Buckhead Station

Summary

The Outlet Team Leader drives sales through outstanding customer service, effective selling, and customer relationship building. This supervisory role supports daily store operations and flexes across sales, service, and merchandising functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory coverage in the absence of store leadership.
• Model product knowledge, communicate sales and promotions, and coach colleagues on selling expectations and customer loyalty.
• Partner with store leadership to execute merchandising, logistics, and visual directives.
• Plan shipments, transfers, floor moves, signing, and markdowns.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and colleague performance management.
• Protect company assets and follow operational and cash office procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and navigate multiple technological devices.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
