Outlet Team Leader - Merrimack

Summary

Lead daily operations of the outlet store, ensuring high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and team performance. Manage staffing, inventory flow, and sales targets while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Act as the primary on-site leader to support both customers and store associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily store operations
• Manage inventory receiving, pricing, and stock replenishment
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic math and cash handling competence
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
