Outlet Team Leader - Rosemont

As an Outlet Team Leader at our Rosemont location, you will lead a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role.
