Outlet Team Leader - Serramonte

Summary

The Outlet Team Leader drives sales and customer loyalty by delivering outstanding service and maintaining an appealing selling floor. This supervisory role supports the Outlet Management team with daily operations and assists across sales, service, and merchandising functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager or Store Leader.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate sales and promotions to the team.
• Train and coach colleagues on selling expectations and relationship building.
• Partner with the Store Leader on merchandising, logistics, and visual directives.
• Plan shipments, transfers, floor moves, signing, and markdowns.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and colleague performance management.
• Protect company assets and follow operational and cash office procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Comfort using computers and navigating multiple technological devices.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
