Summary

The Outlet Team Leader drives sales by delivering outstanding customer service, building customer loyalty, and maintaining an inviting selling floor. This supervisory role supports daily store operations and assists with sales, service, and merchandising as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory functions when the Outlet Store Manager or Store Leader is absent.
• Share product knowledge, sales, and promotional information with the team.
• Train and coach colleagues on selling expectations and customer relationship building.
• Partner with the Store Leader to execute merchandising, logistics, and visual directives.
• Plan shipments, transfers, floor moves, signing, and markdowns.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and colleague performance management.
• Protect company assets and follow operational and cash office procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and navigating multiple technology devices.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
