Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight receiving team and daily workflows
• Ensure accurate verification and documentation of received merchandise
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of receiving area
• Communicate discrepancies and issues to management and daytime staff
• Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities
• Train and mentor new receiving associates

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail receiving or operations
• Experience with merchandise handling and inventory processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shift hours and manage teams during those hours
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking receipts
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as required
