Job Description

Summary

Temporary PR Events Coordinator to support the PR Manager and events team for a brand event in March 2026, coordinating planning, logistics, and reporting across internal and external partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with global teams to ensure smooth execution. The coordinator will manage timelines, shipments, guest logistics, vendor relations, and event updates.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day event operations and logistics for PR events
  • Serve as liaison between Paris and local teams, production agencies, and vendors
  • Manage project timelines, asset organization, and product orders
  • Oversee shipment tracking, inventory management, and delivery coordination
  • Handle RSVP lists, guest communications, and attendee logistics
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Support event budget tracking, vendor setup, invoicing, and expense reconciliation
  • Prepare daily and weekly event update decks for the Paris office
  • Collaborate on post-event reporting and performance recaps

Requirements

  • Prior internship or 1-2 years experience in PR, events, or communications preferred
  • Experience in luxury or beauty industry a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with sense of ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible with availability for event dates and related responsibilities
