Job Description

Summary

Support the Public Relations team to promote the company across media platforms and activations, focusing on assigned categories such as Women’s Fashion, Beauty, and Accessories. Serve as a liaison with external brand partners and collaborate with cross functional marketing and merchant teams to execute PR campaigns and influencer initiatives. Manage media outreach, asset coordination, and reporting while maintaining knowledge of digital and social media landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as PR point of contact for assigned categories and support external brand partners.
  • Coordinate and develop campaign assets including images, videos, media kits, and samples.
  • Write and distribute pitches to secure print, digital, and broadcast coverage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Partner with PR Manager and cross functional teams to ideate and execute campaigns and activations.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile daily recaps and campaign reports.
  • Create campaign reporting documents using monitoring software and maintain press archives.
  • Identify influencer partnership opportunities and integrate social media into PR strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of professional experience; PR or Marketing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with social platforms and press tracking and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
