PT Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supports sales goals in a retail store. This role contributes to store standards, customer engagement, and a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized shopping support, including assistance in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Share product and styling knowledge, and educate customers about available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Follow store visual guidelines, policies, and processes; communicate product feedback and opportunities to management.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to support an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
