Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail store environment. This role shares knowledge of fashion and styling while helping create an inclusive and positive team experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support a customer-first shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and explain available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards while supporting replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
