PT Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a customer-first, personalized shopping experience on the sales floor, promoting brand products and styling customers. This part-time retail role focuses on driving sales, meeting individual KPIs, maintaining store standards, and supporting operational and visual merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling guidance to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use company tools to drive performance.
• Connect customers to loyalty and customer programs and educate them on product offerings and initiatives.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintaining visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
