Job Description

Summary

The Operations Support Associate is a primarily non-selling, in-store role responsible for supporting day-to-day back-of-house and operational activities to maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation. This role processes deliveries, executes inventory and RFID tasks, supports stockroom organization and replenishment, and assists the sales floor as needed. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to meet store scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process freight and incoming deliveries, inspect for damages, verify packaging, and apply tags and sensors per company guidelines.
  • Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets to maintain accurate floor inventory.
  • Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers and perform reticketing and labeling tasks.
  • Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales floor customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation and fitting room standards.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom and prioritize operational tasks while ensuring a welcoming sales floor for customers.

Requirements

  • Back-of-house or retail operations experience preferred, preferably in a high-volume specialty environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with store team members and customers.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, maneuver around sales floor and stock areas, and work with cleaning chemicals as required.
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel as needed.
  • Ability to follow company operational procedures for inventory, tagging, and merchandising.
