Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful customer service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow personal sales through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and participate in community and company initiatives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience selling with digital tools is preferred.
