The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences by providing personalized service, thoughtful styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge. This role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations while building lasting client relationships.
• Grow sales through client outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, digital tools, and consistent achievement of performance goals.
• Support team success by coaching colleagues, contributing to training and store initiatives, and sharing feedback with management.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; experience using digital tools for sales is preferred.
