Summary

The Sales Professional helps deliver an elevated customer experience while building client relationships and achieving personal sales goals. The role supports store leadership by coaching team members, maintaining service standards, and contributing to daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships, provide value-added service, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Mentor and coach sales associates to strengthen client development and sales performance.
• Support managers with daily tasks, team communication, and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandise and uphold visual presentation standards, including stock maintenance and floor changes.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, returns, and exchanges when a manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Business, financial, and analytical acumen.
• Relevant work experience preferred; strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder as trained.
