PT Store Support

Summary

The Operations Support Associate is an entry-level, non-selling retail role responsible for day-to-day stockroom and operational tasks that support the sales floor. Duties include receiving and processing merchandise, performing RFID and inventory scans, replenishing product, and helping maintain store presentation and standards. This role supports store efficiency and customer experience by ensuring accurate inventory and timely fulfillment of orders and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Process freight to meet units-per-hour goals, including markups, markdowns, reticketing, and tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure correct sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage Ship-to-Home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Maintain organized stockroom and replenish the sales floor per company guidelines
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks, merchandise delivery, customer assistance, and transaction processing
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar retail/industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel
• Comfortable using tagging/RFID systems and following inventory and visual merchandising procedures
