Part Time Ambassador

Summary

Part Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on the customer and support store initiatives to drive sales and growth. This entry level retail role requires teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and alignment with brand standards while supporting new technology and alternative purchase methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focused selling
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use More Ways to Shop tools and new technology to support sales
• Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume specialty environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
