Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

As a Part Time Brand Ambassador you will deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that drives store performance and brand loyalty. You will engage customers on the sales floor, support visual and operational standards, and contribute to achieving sales KPIs. This entry-level role provides opportunities for development and advancement into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset and personalized styling guidance.
• Understand and meet individual and store sales objectives and KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Connect customers to loyalty and CRM programs (Polo Connect) and educate customers on company programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain store standards, complete opening and closing responsibilities, and support visual merchandising.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOs), and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to build positive relationships with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and maneuver around the sales floor and back-of-house; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
