Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and drive business daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Focus on the customer to drive decisions and business results.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize new technology and "More Ways to Shop" to enhance business results.
• Ensure a consistent experience aligned with brand expectations.
• Support a collaborative environment and engage in networking to build clientele.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
