Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.

• Build client relationships and support alternative purchasing and digital shopping options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
