Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and prioritizes customer needs. This role supports sales goals, represents the brand, and contributes to an inclusive and collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product knowledge, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, back-of-house, and visual standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing tasks, and company training.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
