Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales objectives and store standards. They bring a customer-first mindset, fashion knowledge, and a collaborative approach to the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with styling, sizing, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation and replenishment.
• Support store operations, opening and closing duties, company programs, and training.
• Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with overnight shifts or travel as required.
