Part Time Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and prioritizes customer needs. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Share product, fashion, and styling knowledge, and educate customers about available programs and resources.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, visual, and back-of-house standards.
• Support store operations, including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties, and company training.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with product and category feedback.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
