Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while meeting sales objectives. This customer-focused role supports store operations, product education, and the Ralph Lauren brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and achieve individual sales and performance goals.
• Educate customers on products, programs, and services while demonstrating fashion and styling knowledge.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, visual standards, and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback to management on products and customer needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
