Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor to drive sales and represent the brand. This part-time retail role focuses on meeting individual KPIs, assisting customers with styling and fitting rooms, and maintaining store and visual standards. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales goals.
• Engage customers through the Polo Connect program and educate them on programs and offerings.
• Provide fitting room assistance, sizing guidance, and maintain store standards.
• Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties, and BOH processes.
• Maintain visual standards using company guidelines and participate in required trainings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in stock/dressing areas.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
