Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while driving daily sales and supporting store initiatives. This entry-level retail role focuses on customer engagement, building clientele, and delivering a consistent in-store experience aligned to brand expectations. Ambassadors support new technology and alternative purchase paths to broaden customer accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
• Utilize alternative purchasing tools and processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Promote product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.; operate register and perform floor duties.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel as required.
• Comfort using new technologies and supporting alternative paths to purchase.
