Part Time Cashier

Summary

As a Part Time Cashier you will deliver a customer-first experience at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, ensuring efficient and accurate checkout and returns. You will operate the POS, maintain a tidy cashwrap area, and support store operations and visual standards. This role may be scheduled full- or part-time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm, professional service
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and multiple payment types accurately
• Manage customer profiles, promotional offers, and coupon redemption in the POS
• Execute Ship to Home orders and capture accurate salesperson data
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash wrap and queue line
• Support visual merchandising and provide product feedback to management
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally

Requirements

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in cross-selling
• Ability to operate a register and stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
