Part-Time Key Holder

Summary

The Part-Time Key Holder is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing customer relationships. This role supports boutique operations, including opening and closing, loss prevention, and communication with the corporate office when management is absent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop a clientele network.
• Capture client information and build ongoing boutique relationships.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain the store's aesthetic quality and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office as needed.
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to build effective customer relationships, handle multiple tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and to reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift large boxes.
