Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, grows individual sales, and contributes to the success and standards of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support team sales plans through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and meet or exceed individual performance goals.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, support team training, and contribute to store initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain visual standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer engagement and sales preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
