Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates personalized lifestyle experiences and builds lasting client relationships. This role supports sales goals through product expertise, thoughtful styling, clienteling, and collaboration with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow sales through client outreach, digital tools, and comprehensive wardrobing.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support team sales plans.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Specialty retail sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to use digital selling tools and operate a register.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
