Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Grow individual business through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, support team training, and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, provide feedback to management, and uphold company policies.
• Help identify and engage potential talent for the store team.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
