Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge, personalized styling, and thoughtful clienteling. This role supports individual and team sales goals while contributing to store standards and a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Build client relationships and grow business through outreach, CRM tools, and digital clienteling.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals while supporting team objectives.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to store initiatives and community outreach.
• Support team training, coach colleagues, and help identify prospective talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience selling with digital tools preferred.
