Part Time Sales Associate

Summary

Represent the Maison in the boutique by delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales targets. Develop client relationships while supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide outstanding service throughout the client journey.
• Build client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and resolve or escalate client concerns.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
• Stay informed about industry news and competitors and participate in client events.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, along with retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office required and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
